About Our College
This college is named after late Bhanudasrao Chavan, a great social reformer of Marathwada. Marathwada Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Chhatrapati Sambhaji nagar, established this college in the year 2016-17 at Lohara taluka, which is known as remote area part of Dharashiv (Osmanabad) district.
From the Nizam’s rule to the post-independence era, this area was neglected by the rulers, so this area could not be developed. In the year 1993, due to the catastrophic earthquake in Killari, life in this area was disrupted due to massive loss of life. As a result there was social, educational and industrial imbalance in the area.
Therefore, the M.S.P.Mandal established a College in this area keeping in mind the objective of providing quality higher and technical education in this area and bringing the children of the socially and economically backward farmers and laborers into the mainstream of the society through education.
